We request advance payment of the full amount of your stay to confirm your reservation.
Rates quoted are based on two people for the downstairs suite, and 4 people for the two bedroom suite. Additional guests are $35 per night. The maximum number of guests is 3 in the one bedroom suite and 5 in the two bedroom suite.
Cancellations are refundable up to three weeks prior to the arrival date, less a $35 transaction fee. If a cancellation is received late, you will be required to pay for one night of the reservation.
Check out time is 11 am, Check in time is requested from 3-6 pm. Additional times can be arranged by contacting the innkeeper.
Cash, personal checks, MasterCard and Visa are accepted.
Stone House Farm is a smoke free environment.
PARKING: Just as you enter Stone House Farm from East Pleasant Street, park on the right side of the driveway, by the blue parking sign. You will see an opening in the fence on the left, leading you to the bed and breakfast entrance.

A 100 percent deposit is collected at the time of purchase. Payment for retail items and gift certificates is collected at the time of purchase.
